Brian Nessel
Co-Founder & President
Brian was most recently Senior Vice President of Truckload Operations at Omni Logistics, where he focused on operational success and efficiency. He was previously Senior Vice President of Operations at AFN, which was sold to GlobalTranz, where he remained as a key member of the executive team. Brian holds a BA in Telecommunications with a minor in Business Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is known for his ability to optimize processes, increase profitability, and lead high-performing teams.

Owen Schnaper
Chairman
Owen is Chairman & Co-founder of Tin Goose Logistics, Managing Partner of TGP, Chairman of Rothschild, and Chairman of Avian Home Healthcare. Previously, he was Executive Chairman of Prime Home Care (sold) and CEO of AFN (sold). He worked in investment management at Robert W. Baird and serves on boards including Black Buffalo, PVone, Integrity Express Logistics, and Eve Atlas. Owen holds a BS in Finance from Dayton and an MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern.

Joe Couch is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Tin Goose Logistics, bringing over 36 years of experience in the transportation and supply chain industries. Joe’s career is defined by his leadership in operations and business development, having held key roles including VP of Operations, EVP of Sales, CEO, and Founder of JRC Logistics.
